The company in Bat Trang was founded in 1989. During the first three years exports were mainly to Laos
and Cambodia but in 1992 Quang Vinh Ceramic expanded its markets and started to export worldwide.
Today Quang Vinh Ceramic employs 150 workers in its Bat Trang factory. Business has grown steadily and
is now focused on producing ceramics for export. Products are of a high quality and produced to customers'
specifications.
Company policy states quite clearly: 'we can only succeed by having the best artisans'. This is why we place great importance on training our staff and to creating the best possible working environment. Quang Vinh Ceramic in Bat Trang is a production unit, but it's more than that, it's also a place for experiment with shape, glazing and design.
