In 2001 the new factory was established in Quang Ninh - a great leap forward. The decision to built the factory in Quang Ninh was based on the reliable supply of very high quality clay found in this province. The factory employs more than 400 workers working shifts round-the-clock, thus fully utilizing our labour capacity to keep up with the volume of demand.

When the new factory was in its planning phase it was important to ensure the best possible working environment. Supported by the Danish Embassy in Hanoi we were able to find the necessary expertise to install high performance ventilation essential for a goog working environment. Moreover, employees are encouraged to come with their ideas on improved efficiency and ways to reduce the heavy labour that is part of any pottery factory's production, for example,our novel system of hoses to pump clay into the moulds saves our workers from the backbreaking labour of carrying heavy buckets of clay.
